Introduction

The Our land in the Making series is a valiant attempt to cram several thousand years of British history into two small books. Both books were written by Richard Bowood with illustrations from Ronald Lampitt.

Both books were first published in 1966, presumably at the same time, but I am unable to even hazard a guess as to when they were withdrawn.
