This series once again goes back to what must have been very successful market for Wills & Hepworth; that of the religious children's book. Once again these would have made perfect prizes/gifts at Sunday Schools and the like. Much more focused on the external structure of Christianity these books cover the behind the scenes aspects. Several different authors and illustrators were involved in the set but as a whole the books, and particularly the What to Look for Inside/Outside a Church, hold together very well.

The first book in the series came out just in time to initially appear with a dust jacket. After only a year it, like the following new titles, reverted to the standard matt format. The series seemed to continue until somewhere into the mid/late 1970's. Incidentally this series is the (numerically) last to ever be issued with a dust jacketed title.
