| Introduction This series is particularly interesting being a written about the then massive nationalised industries. Of course, now things are very different and so this is an opportunity to look back at a bygone age. Again this is based around the Easy Reading system and the text of all books was written by I&J Havenhand and is aimed at the early reader. The illustrations are from John Berry in all three books. This series is the first numerically to not have any titles issued in dust jackets. All books were issued with the standard matt pictorial covers before being phased out sometime in the 1970's (?) |
