Going to School Again Margaret Gagg uses the repitition approach to go through a day in school. J.H. Wingfield also returns with the illustrations in this book first published in 1959. Interestingly in the book corner picture it also shows copies of The Farm, Shopping with Mother and Red Riding Hood. I believe the first editions, published by Wills & Hepworth, had blue ladybird endpapers, with a dust jacket over a buff cover, with green text. It was also the last title mentioned on the inside rear flap. Although the text on the spine of my copy runs top to bottom. |
