The Farm The Farm was first published in 1958. Again with text from Margaret Gagg the illustrations this time came from the well known nature illustrator C.F.Tunnicliffe. Again the text is very simple and uses repitition together with clear illustrations to convey the meaning. Initially this title would have had, like all this series, a dust jacket. Though this title tends to be very popular and early editions are hard to find. Since, Tunnicliffe is also heavily collected in his own right as an illustrator, demand is high. |
