Once again the DJ details a first publication in 1940 but the book details 1941. Either way story and illustrations are A.J.MacGregor with the revised verses of Perring. This was one of the books that never carried on without a DJ. Also in the only copy I have the verses have again been revised by Perring.

Cousin Jeremey vists the countryside and little Tommy mouse. Whilst out on Bess the mare they have an accident and Jeremy helps get them all home safely.
